Among them, before the Spring Festival in 2021, Zeng Tingfu illegally organized a private dinner in the cafeteria of the Neijiang Hydrological Forecasting Center. A total of 10 people, including Zeng Tingfu, attended. During the period, 4 bottles of Feitian Moutai and 2 cartons of Nanjing brand cigarettes were used. After investigation, the meal cost of 650 yuan for this dinner was borne by the cafeteria of the Neijiang Hydrological Survey and Reporting Center, and the high-end tobacco and alcohol used were provided by the participants.
