Celebrating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Russia is the main thread running through the development of relations between the two countries this year. Sino-Russian relations have gone through three quarters of a century. They have gone through ups and downs and become stronger over time. They have withstood the test of the vicissitudes of the international situation and set an example for major countries and neighboring countries to respect each other, treat each other candidly, live in harmony, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. . Over the years, Mr. President and I have met more than 40 times, maintained close communication, and provided strategic guidance to ensure the healthy, stable and smooth development of China-Russia relations.
