On the morning of June 15th, a unique training session was held at "Wojia Neighborhood Center" in Anting Tongji Town, Jiading District. At the meeting, the staff of the Jiading District Urban Transport Center took turns sharing their experiences, exchanging interactive experiences, and performing scenarios, vividly showcasing the entire process of "12345" hotline work order processing. Through comprehensive training through online live streaming and offline communication, the service awareness, responsibility awareness, and service skills of the entire town's hotline staff and grassroots handling departments were effectively improved, helping to further improve the overall quality of hotline processing.
In order to further enhance the follow-up, response skills, and business capabilities of attendees, the District Urban Games Center and Anting Town have also launched immersive experience projects such as interactive experience and scenario interpretation.
It is reported that in order to promote the institutionalization, digitization, and branding of hotline work, the "Hot+Salon" series of activities in Jiading District will continue to be carried out.
