Housing prices in some residential areas in Hangzhou have fallen back to 2017
According to the Qianjiang Evening News, with low trading volume and high listing volume, "exchanging price for quantity" has become a quick way for many Hangzhou landlords to monetize. Therefore, the prices of second-hand houses have been falling all the way, with the situation in old neighborhoods being the most severe. The Qianbao Better Life Research Institute calculated the prices of 102 essential residential areas that had transactions in May, and compared them with the average transaction prices of the entire year in 2017. It was found that at least 30% of essential residential areas had seen their prices fall back to 2017.
The prices have fallen back to the residential areas in 2017, mostly old ones. The average transaction price in May was basically the same as the average transaction price in 2017, such as Daguan Community, Chaohui Community, Caihe Community, Jinjiang Jiayuan, Gudang New Village, etc.
Among them, the average transaction price of Daguannan Jiuyuan in May was 27670 yuan/square meter, which is about 1.72% lower than the average transaction price of 28154 yuan/square meter in 2017. The average transaction price of Dongyi Garden in Daguan in May was 27950 yuan/square meter, which is about 0.79% lower than the average transaction price of 28173 yuan/square meter in 2017. The second-hand housing agent of Daguan told reporters that Daguan residential area is not considered the core of the old residential area, and the housing area is generally larger, so its liquidity in the second-hand housing market is very poor.

The game world is divided into two and eight: the top ten manufacturers earned 81 billion yuan, but Tencent and NetEase earned 80%
For gaming companies, 2022, which has just passed, has been the most difficult year in recent years, with most of the listed companies losing money last year. After experiencing a cold winter, the industry is looking forward to a bottoming out and rebound in 2023.
Entering June, most listed gaming companies in the A-share, Hong Kong, and US stock markets have released their first quarter reports. In the Q1 financial report that has been released, First Financial has compiled the top 10 gaming companies in terms of revenue, based on which to observe the trend of the gaming market at the beginning of 2023.
The total revenue of the top 10 gaming companies in Q1 was about 81 billion yuan, with Tencent and NetEase accounting for over 80%. A clear trend is that industry concentration is further increasing. At the same time, except for two major companies, the revenue of the gaming business of the other eight companies is declining. The financial reports mention that the influencing factors include the rhythm of new game launches, the decline in the flow of old games, cost reduction and efficiency increase, as well as a decrease in online gaming time for players.
