The other insulation board was completely removed, and the insulation layer below was covered with a layer of fresh black material. The manager said that this corresponds to a bathroom, which has been leaking multiple times. In order to find the root cause, the construction personnel came up and chiseled open the insulation board to find the leakage point, and repaired the surrounding area.
