During the event, member units, districts, and training bases of the Shanghai Municipal Coordination Mechanism for Enhancing the Digital Literacy and Skills of the Whole People fully utilized their own advantages, tailored a series of characteristic activities based on the needs of citizens, focusing on key groups and radiating various scenes, and deeply practicing the theme of "Digital Empowerment and Sharing for the Whole People" for the promotion month.
