On August 8th, the 2021 Chengdu Universiade, which was postponed for two years due to the epidemic, officially closed at the Chengdu Open Air Music Park. The swimming events of the Universiade produced 42 gold medals. Li Bingjie, Liu Yaxin, and Qin Haiyang are all students from Shanghai universities. Li Bingjie is a 2019 undergraduate student from the Antai School of Economics and Management at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
