On June 11th, Beishuiwan Sports Park in Juyuan New Area, Jiading District welcomed nearly a hundred science and technology innovation talents and their families from various research institutes in Juyuan New Area to gather here, enjoying a healthy and happy tennis weekend.
On that day, the 2023 "New Five Cities · Internet World" tennis series event kicked off at the Beishuiwan Sports Park in Juyuan New District, Jiading District. The Jiading Juyuan "Horse Tennis" fun competition played the first role in this series event. The "Horse Tennis" series of activities founded by the Shanghai Tennis Association aims to expand the popularity of tennis among the population in Shanghai, mainly targeting the zero basic citizens who love tennis. Once launched in 2014, the event received high praise from the general public and has been held over 100 times, covering the entire city of Shanghai with over 10000 participants.
The "Instant Tennis" series of fun matches has been held in Juyuan for five years. The entry of the event into science and technology innovation enterprises meets the high-quality requirements of high-level talents for cultural and sports activities, allowing the "strongest brains" in the jurisdiction to jointly swing and communicate, achieving a grand slam of combining technology, culture, and sports. Yan Dongmei from the 32nd Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation arrived at the event site early with her second grade daughter. In 2019, the "Horse Tennis" activity first entered a research institute and went to the 32nd institute. That year, Yan Dongmei also participated in an activity with her family. Her daughter, who was still in kindergarten, found the activity "very fun". The prize she won four years ago - an enlarged version of a tennis ball - has been cherished by her until now. I heard that the "immediate event" returned this year, and my daughter immediately had her mother snatch up the spot. Once again, she made an appointment with her friends to attend the event on-site.
"Originally, my child had to go to class today, but this kind of sports activity was even more rare, so my whole family chose to play tennis." The Shanghai silicate Institute of the Chinese Academy of Sciences is one of the large scientific research institutes in Jiading Juyuan New area.
