After winning the championship, national team coach Sun Dan once posted a message on his social media: "After several generations of unremitting efforts and accumulation of artistic gymnasts, we finally have our own world championship. With our hard work and dedication beyond our work scope, we have achieved today's Chinese artistic gymnastics team!"
In the Chinese artistic gymnastics team, girls generally have a daily training time of 10 hours, and if their movements are not practiced well, they will also practice more. The moon at midnight is also common among them. In the words of coach Sun Dan, "I can make even the gatekeeper tired.".

Artistic gymnastics, even Asians can do it!" said team member Guo Qiqi. She once won fourth place with the team at the Tokyo Olympics, achieving the best result in overseas Olympic competitions.
It is worth mentioning that two days before winning the championship, in the collective all-around final, the girls won their first world championship collective all-around silver medal with a total score of 70.050 points through two high-quality movements of 5 laps and 3 dribbles and 2 balls, and successfully secured admission to the Paris Olympics. Previously, the Chinese artistic gymnastics team won third place in this event at the 1987 World Championships.
Guo Qiqi recalled that before departure, the coach gave the entire team a six word "trick": calm, clear, and brave. So after the collective all-around final, everyone quickly entered the state, continued to train seriously, and prepared for the subsequent matches, which was the "golden breakthrough" of the collective single event.

Sun Dan said that the girls in the collective group are currently in a period of transition between old and new, with a maximum age difference of 7 years old. Each person has their own characteristics and needs to constantly adapt and learn from each other through training and competition. This achievement is a great motivation for the team, but for the future, the most important task is still the Paris Olympics, and we look forward to a "better future".
She revealed that the most important thing next is to start a new round of creation. The team will create two new programs to prepare for the Paris Olympics and strive to make the best preparations. "In fact, the strength of old European powerhouses is still very strong. We have taken a different approach and developed a style with Chinese characteristics." Sun Dan said, "Now we are looking for music with a suitable style, and next year we plan to lean towards a combination of Chinese style and international style works."
