The competition will combine the Summer Haimen Fishing Competition with a sports carnival, continuing the "green ecology+sports" characteristics, and attracting high-quality sports enterprises from the Yangtze River Delta to showcase and participate on site. In the Summer Haimen Fishing Competition, a total of 15 contestants won corresponding rankings, received honorary certificates and abundant prizes. The contestants walked into the ecological park with lush and deep mountains and forests, and the beautiful scenery of birds and flowers. They enjoyed a leisurely time of "one mountain, one water, one sky, one hook, one bait, and endless joy" while fishing; The carnival activities include rope skipping, Luya throwing experiences, and carnival parties, where you can experience children's liveliness, cuteness, and quirkiness, and record the warm scene of "kites and the wind rising, you running and I laughing".

Ms. Wang, a logistics industry practitioner from Shanghai, brought her son to participate in the competition. She said, "Nowadays, children like to stay at home and play games on their phones. There are not many opportunities for outdoor sports. I especially take them out for a walk, breathe fresh air, experience fun sports, and feel the charm of sports. It can also be considered as a mother and son enjoying the beautiful scenery of our country together. I have participated in similar activities in Shanghai before and felt great, so I will continue to participate this time."

Ms. Wang mentioned that the Shanghai event was the first Yangtze River Delta Youth Forest Sports Carnival 2023 Easy Run Forest Off Road Half Marathon held on April 22 at Shanghai Youth Forest Park. At that time, the concept of the Yangtze River Delta Forest Carnival first emerged, combining "off-road running" with a sports carnival for the first time.

The Nantong Station of the Yangtze River Delta Forest Sports Carnival is a constituent event of the Yangtze River Delta Forest Sports Carnival IP, focusing on "spring running", "summer fishing", "autumn camping", and "winter apprentices" to create a "four season" series of activities for the Yangtze River Delta Forest Sports Carnival. The series of events carried out outdoor sports activities from Shanghai, Nantong to Shaoxing, Mount Huangshan and other places, truly achieving the integrated development of sports in the Yangtze River Delta.

The competition focuses on the concept of outdoor sports, with the venue far away from traditional sports venues, guiding more citizens to enter outdoor ecological gardens and integrate into urban landmarks. A organizer admitted that with the booming development of outdoor sports, the event will organize comprehensive sports activities such as sports camping festivals, parent-child sports carnivals, and sports music festivals in the Yangtze River Delta region, promoting further integration between the event and consumer scenes.

In the future, event organizers will continue to integrate social resources such as the Yangtze River Delta Sports Association and sports enterprises, create a number of benchmark activity IPs, explore a number of cross-border activity models, recommend a number of sports internet celebrity routes, continuously stimulate the enthusiasm of citizens for sports consumption, assist in the construction of famous sports cities in the Yangtze River Delta region, and promote the linkage between sports events and shopping, cultural tourism, cuisine, exhibitions, etc., narrowing the distance between events and citizens' lives.
