During the Dragon Boat Festival holiday, the 2023 "Industrial Bank Cup" Shanghai Urban Amateur League will take turns performing outdoor competitions by the Meilan Lake in Baoshan. Participants in the individual category are required to complete a 1.2-kilometer swim and an 8.75-kilometer run, while those in the family relay category are required to complete a 0.3-kilometer swim and a 1.75-kilometer run, respectively. The diverse schedule and flexible difficulty settings not only satisfy competitive athletes who want to compete in speed collisions, but also satisfy endurance enthusiasts who share sports time with their families.

In 2004, STC was known to sports enthusiasts as the predecessor of the "Shanghai Ironman Club". In 2006, it held its first Ironman biathlon, opening the journey of the Ironman triathlon. After more than a decade of accumulation and precipitation, STC has successfully hosted over 300 events such as triathlon, road running, cycling, mini triathlon, water sports, and outdoor multiple races. In the future, STC will continue to optimize the scale and presentation of events, innovate more fun forms of events.
"Inception Night Tour" opens up urban nightlife
On the occasion of the 16th Baoshan Luodian Dragon Boat Culture Festival, the joining of the "Inception Night Tour" urban race -10km summer race brought a unique upward force to the event. Hundreds of young "Inception" gathered by the Meilan Lake and ran under the moon.
