Other high-rise buildings in the community adopt a north entrance design.
"When buying a house, the unfavorable factor is only the south entrance door, I didn't expect there to be such a big difference between the north and south entrance doors!" The reporter came to the community and found that the bottom gate of the south entrance door unit is designed with a double door, which is visually narrow. After opening the door, further measure with a tape measure, and the net width is about 0.9 meters except for the armrest. Only Building 155 has a single door design, with a total width the same as the left and right units, but due to the absence of one door, the net width reaches 1 meter when opened.

Why did this new community pass the acceptance inspection smoothly and hand over the house to the owner?
A resident told reporters that they had complained and reported this issue before, and the relevant department replied that "the first floor evacuation door uploaded on the joint review platform meets the relevant regulatory requirements. After on-site review by the construction unit, the reserved size of the first floor evacuation door hole also meets the regulatory requirements. The construction unit speculates that the problem lies in the need to adjust the style of the evacuation door." The reply mentioned that "on May 31st, the construction unit replied that it will further deepen the plan on the basis of meeting the regulations, expand the net width of the first floor evacuation door, and plan to first install a model in Building 155. After obtaining the approval of the property and the residents of the building involved in the adjustment, the building will be fully replaced.". The reporter learned that the single door on the 155th is the style adjusted by the developer. However, when the door is opened to 90 degrees and the handrail is removed, the measured net width is still only about 1 meter. Mr. Li expressed dissatisfaction with this and hopes that the developer can rectify it again to meet the regulatory requirements.

The reporter entered the parking lot from the basement gate of Building 155 and found that what the residents said was true. As soon as I entered, the reporter saw obvious signs of water seepage in the lower part of the wall, which was a deep color that had been submerged for a long time, with varying heights. As we walked inside, the seepage did not stop and almost spread all over the walls of the parking lot. On the uneven ground, there is water accumulation in the slightly concave areas, and the sound of shoe soles stepping on water is always accompanied when walking in the underground parking lot.
