On the morning of June 28th, the reporter saw at the scene that more than 10 parking spaces at the northwest gate of the community were covered with black paint on the license plates that were originally painted white. According to the staff of Sanyang Property Company, they have continuously strengthened their management measures and carried out extensive publicity and education while removing the white paint they sprayed themselves.

"Currently, about 720 vehicles have been parked for a long time, and after clearing out 34 temporary parking vehicles, the gap has been reduced to about 200." Kang Juhong said that at the end of June, the rainwater and sewage renovation project will come to an end, and the community will adjust the parking space layout according to the on-site situation, changing it to inclined parking. It is expected to add 50 parking spaces on the original basis. A preliminary management plan has also been formulated to prioritize the parking rights for the first vehicle of users with three certificates in one. Before the establishment of the property committee, the neighborhood committee will fulfill the responsibilities of the committee and consult with all owners on parking management rules in accordance with standardized procedures. In the next stage, the property company will replace the parking gate system at the entrance of the original community and further improve parking data supervision.
