How to solve it? The General Administration of Sports answered that it is difficult to find a seat in badminton halls, tennis halls, etc.
In recent years, with the development of the economy and society, the enthusiasm of the people to participate in sports and consume sports has continued to rise, and the stickiness of sports consumption has continued to increase. Badminton halls, tennis halls, etc. are "hard to find a seat", and the contradiction between supply and demand is prominent. At the "Promoting High-quality Development" series of themed press conferences held by the State Council Information Office today, Yang Xuelu, Director of the Sports Economics Department of the General Administration of Sports of China, said that in the future, the supply of venues and facilities, sports products, and policy measures will be increased.
In terms of strengthening the supply of venues and facilities, the General Administration of Sport of China will, on the one hand, give full play to the leading, leveraging and demonstration role of central budget investment, widely mobilize social forces, increase the construction of sports venues and facilities, and further open public sports venues free of charge or at low fees to provide convenience for the people to participate in sports; on the other hand, it will encourage sports venues to carry out intelligent upgrades and renovations, encourage the people to "split peak hours" for exercise, and make full use of new technologies to improve the utilization rate of sports venues.
In terms of strengthening the supply of sports products, the State Sports General Administration will accelerate the application of new technologies and new materials in the field of sports goods, promote the transformation and upgrading of the sports manufacturing industry, create smart equipment and smart venues, and make more intelligent applications in products and consumption scenarios. In addition, it will increase the supply of sports events and provide multi-level, diversified and personalized sports services to better meet the needs of the people.
In terms of strengthening the supply of policies and measures, the General Administration of Sport of China will further strengthen communication and coordination with the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, develop and introduce policy measures such as the transformation and upgrading of sports equipment and high-quality outdoor sports destinations, continuously clear policy bottlenecks and difficulties, optimize the development environment, and stimulate market vitality.
