This year, Qingpu District has launched a complete renovation project for 218 households, including Fengzhong Road in Huaxin Town and Zhaohua Road in Zhaoxiang Town, covering an area of 8481 square meters. The renovation will be carried out through urban village expropriation and original site renovation. "We will also actively explore the path of demolition, reconstruction, and renovation. This year, we plan to pilot the demolition, reconstruction, and renovation of four small beam and thin plate houses with an area of 2334 square meters for 65 households in Baihe Town, providing experience and practices for subsequent projects."
