1. Jiangsu Provincial Government Appoints 3 Department-level Cadres
The Jiangsu Provincial Government decided through research:
Appoint Liang Zhongwei as the Deputy Director of the Provincial Development and Reform Commission with a probationary period of one year; Appoint Wang Chunjiang as the Deputy Director of the Provincial Emergency Management Department; Appoint Wang Wei as the Dean of Jiangsu United Vocational and Technical College.

In 2018, he was appointed as the Director and Party Secretary of Anhui Provincial Data Resources Management Bureau. Starting from January 2021, he was appointed as the Director of the Information Technology Development Bureau of the Central Cyberspace Administration.
