On June 27, the Jiangsu Provincial Government announced a batch of job appointment and removal notices. Among them, Chen An, Chen Honggan, and Gao Song were appointed as deputy directors of the Provincial Public Security Department.

Chen An was born in 1974 in Sheyang, Jiangsu. In his early years, he served as a deputy researcher and deputy director of the evaluation center in the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee. In August 2014, Chen An was appointed as the Deputy Mayor of Liyang City Government in Changzhou for one year. In February 2022, he became a member of the Party Committee and Director of the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department. He currently serves as the Deputy Director, Party Committee Member, and Director of the Political Department of the Provincial Public Security Department.

Chen Honggan was born in 1973 in Xinghua, Jiangsu. He has served as the Deputy Commander of the Anti Drug Brigade of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, as well as the Deputy Director and Executive Deputy Director of the Suqian Public Security Bureau. In January 2022, he was appointed as the Deputy Mayor and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau of Lianyungang City. He is currently the Deputy Director and Party Committee Member of the Provincial Public Security Department, as well as the Deputy Mayor and Director of the Municipal Public Security Bureau of Lianyungang City.

Gao Song once served as the head of the Intelligence Command Center of the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department, and currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, a member of the Party Committee, the Director of the Office, and the Director of the Administrative Approval Department.

At present, the Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Department has 9 department leaders, with Li Yaoguang serving as the Deputy Governor of the Provincial Government, the Director of the Provincial Public Security Department, and the Secretary of the Party Committee.

2. The joint meeting on the construction of the opening channel of Yiyongzhou was held. What are the key points

On June 27, the eighth plenary meeting of the Joint Conference on the Construction of the Yiyongzhou Open Channel was held in Shengzhou City, Shaoxing. The meeting reviewed and approved the "Adjustment Plan for the Joint Conference on the Construction of the Yiyongzhou Open Channel" and the "Jinliwen Open Channel Construction Planning Plan".

Regarding the promotion of the construction of the Yiyongzhou Open Channel, we will focus on precise efforts in five areas:

Make precise efforts in expanding the two-way open layout. Strengthen the Ningbo Zhoushan and Jinhua Yiwu core areas, jointly promote the construction of the Jinliwen Open Channel, and enhance the opening level of the central hub of Shaoxing and the western extension hub of Quzhou.

Make precise efforts to improve transportation and logistics channels. Strengthen the core strength of Ningbo Zhoushan Port, enhance the Jinhua Yiwu International Land Port, develop distinctive China Europe freight trains, and enhance the logistics network's radiation capacity.

Make precise efforts to optimize the investment and trade pattern. Deepen international cooperation in the industrial and supply chains, expand cooperation areas, fill the gaps in foreign investment, adhere to promoting enterprises to go global at a high level, and carry out global layout of industrial and supply chains.

Make precise efforts in planning and promoting major projects. Adhere to the principle of putting projects first, implement the list of "100 billion projects" and the plan for major foreign-funded projects, plan major projects well, and roll forward a number of provincial-level major projects.

We will make precise efforts in the first attempt of reform. Build national commodity storage and transportation bases with high standards, create commodity resource allocation centers, promote trade and investment facilitation, and create a better business environment.

At the same time, we will accelerate the implementation of ten practical tasks, including the opening and operation of the Jinyong Railway Double decker Container Demonstration Line and the expansion project of the Yongjin Expressway.

Zhu Yongjian, male, Han nationality, was born in September 1970 in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, with a bachelor's degree in the Party School. He started working in July 1989 and joined the CPC in March 1997. Since July 1989, he has served as a clerk in the Office of the People's Government of Wuxi City, a clerk in the Secretariat, a deputy chief clerk in the Confidential Department, a chief clerk in the Confidential Department, a deputy director of the Telecommunications Department, and a director of the Information Department. Since July 2011, Zhu Yongjian has been working at Wuxi Sunan International Airport Group Co., Ltd. for nearly 12 years. Starting from May 2023, he has served as the Deputy Secretary and President of the Party Committee of Wuxi Sunan International Airport Group Co., Ltd., as well as the Vice Chairman of Sunan Shuofang International Airport Co., Ltd. and the Chairman of Wuxi Sunan International Airport Group Aviation Services Co., Ltd. Since then, he has been under investigation.
