On the morning of August 11th, the second plenary session of the 13th meeting of the 9th Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Huai'an City was held, and relevant personnel appointment and removal matters were passed. Decision to appoint Comrade Lin Xiaoming as the Deputy Mayor of Huai'an City People's Government. Previously, the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee decided to appoint Comrade Lin Xiaoming as a member and standing committee member of the Huai'an Municipal Party Committee.
Lin Xiaoming, male, Han ethnicity, born in February 1974, holds a doctoral degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee at the prefecture level, a member of the Standing Committee and Director of the Organization Department of the Municipal Party Committee at the municipal and county-level levels, a member of the Party Working Committee, Director of the Organization Department, and Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the National Development Park. Before being transferred to Huai'an, Lin Xiaoming served as the Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee and Director of the Management Committee of Suzhou Industrial Park.
2. This year's Mao Dun Literature Award will be presented in Wuzhen
Today, the evaluation office of the 11th Mao Dun Literature Award announced that the award has been announced, and five works, including Yang Zhijun's "Snow Mountain and Earth", Qiao Ye's "Treasure Water", Liu Liangcheng's "Benba", Sun Ganlu's "Thousand Mile Rivers and Mountains", and Dongxi's "Echo", have won special honors. The 11th Mao Award ceremony will be held this autumn in Wuzhen, Tongxiang, Jiaxing, the hometown of Mao Dun.
The Mao Dun Literature Award is sponsored by the Chinese Writers Association and established in accordance with Mr. Mao Dun's last wish to encourage excellent novel creation and promote the prosperity of Chinese socialist literature. It is one of the highest literary awards in China, and the award-winning works of the Mao Dun Literature Award have also become an important symbol of the achievements of Chinese novel creation.
The fifth, sixth, and seventh editions of the Mao Awards were all held in Wuzhen, the hometown of Mao Dun. After fifteen years, they have returned this year. As an important component of this year's Mao Award, the "Chinese Literature Festival - Mao Dun Literature Award Night" is also organized by Zhejiang.

Among the top 30 cities, cities with relatively lower economic volume have undergone significant changes and fierce competition. Among them, Nantong and Hefei have risen by 5 and 2 places respectively compared to 2022, surpassing Fuzhou and Quanzhou, and advancing to the top 20, ranking 18th and 19th respectively.
