1. Li Rongjin, former deputy director of Jiangsu Development and Reform Commission, has served as Deputy Secretary-General of Jiangsu Provincial Committee.
On June 12, Deng Xiuming, deputy secretary of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee, came to Suqian to investigate the "three rural" work, and Li Rongjin, deputy secretary-general of the Provincial Party Committee, participated in the investigation. The above information shows that Li Rongjin, who previously served as the deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Development and Reform Commission and a member of the party group, has served as the deputy secretary-general of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee.
Li Rongjin was born in June 1968 in Baoying, Jiangsu. He is an in-service graduate student with a doctoral degree and a member of the Communist Party of China. On February 23, 2023, the Organization Department of the Jiangsu Provincial Party Committee issued a batch of pre appointment notices for provincial management leaders, stating that Li Rongjin intends to serve as a provincial-level leading cadre at the department level. 2, Zhejiang Province for the first time to carry out mail collection and transportation to sea business.
On June 20, a batch of exported international mails were successfully sent to Ningbo after completing the customs supervision procedures at Yiwu International Mail Exchange Bureau. This batch of 76 pieces of mail, nearly 1 ton, will be shipped to Yokohama Port in Ningbo Port together with mail from other parts of Zhejiang Province. This is the first time in Zhejiang Province to carry out mail collection to sea business. In the past, the mail collected from Yiwu and other places needed to be transported to Shanghai and other ports to wait for exit after the existing mail route and turnover of several exchange bureaus. It took a long time from packing to loading to sea, and the comprehensive freight rate was high.
Under the new model, mail from all over the province is directly transported to Ningbo for unified shipping after being supervised by customs. Mail from Yiwu International Mail Exchange Bureau can reach Ningbo directly without transshipment, opening up a new channel for postal parcels to go abroad. It only takes 3-5 days for mail to be loaded into containers and shipped out to sea through consolidation, and 5-6 days for shipping from Ningbo Port to Yokohama Port in Japan, effectively reducing mail transportation costs.
3, Huangshan-Shanghai Port sea-rail intermodal line opened.
On the afternoon of June 20, five 40-foot containers loaded with nearly 130 tons of plastic-wood flooring were shipped from the warehouse of Huangshan Huasu New Materials Co., Ltd., transported to Shanghai Yangshan Port through Huangshan Railway Freight Station, and shipped to Europe by sea, marking the official opening of the Huangshan-Shanghai Port sea-rail intermodal line. Sea-rail intermodal transport has the characteristics of high efficiency, low cost and sustainable development of logistics and transportation. According to the preliminary calculation of cooperative enterprises, sea-rail intermodal transport into Yangshan Port can save nearly 30% of trailer cost compared with road transportation.
