Recently, the Organization Department of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee released a list of pre appointment public announcements for provincial management cadres:
Huang Jiayin, male, Han ethnicity, born in April 1974, is a graduate student and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Research Office of the Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and a member of the Party Group of the government. He is proposed to serve as a leader in the main department of a provincial-level unit.
Fang Yi, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1972, is an in-service graduate student and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Deputy Secretary General of the Provincial Party Committee and is proposed to be appointed as a member of the Standing Committee of the Deputy Provincial City Party Committee. He is also nominated as a candidate for the position of Deputy Mayor of a Provincial City.
Zhang Xusheng, male, Han ethnicity, born in January 1974, is a graduate student at the Provincial Party School and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Secretary of the Yongkang Municipal Party Committee and a Level 1 Researcher. He is proposed to be nominated as a candidate for the position of Deputy Mayor of a district or city.
Tong Huaqiang, male, Han ethnicity, born in March 1978, is a current university student and a member of the Communist Party of China. He is currently the Deputy Secretary and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Committee of Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, and is proposed to be nominated as a candidate for county mayor.
2. Construction of the South Channel Bridge of Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Railway Bridge Started
At 18:48 on August 13th, at the sea level of Hangzhou Bay, one of the world's three major tidal bays, a 61.1 meter long steel casing was lifted and sunk into the designed position in the sea by the "Shuixinqi 1" piling ship. This marks the official start of steel casing construction for the main pier 159 of the South Channel Bridge of the Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Railway Bridge, constructed by China Communications Second Navigation Bureau. This is another important milestone after the drilling of the main pier of the North Channel Bridge of the Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Railway Bridge on August 10th. The Hangzhou Bay Cross Sea Railway Bridge is a control project for the construction of the new Nantong Ningbo high-speed railway, including three waterway bridges in the north, middle, and south, as well as an approach bridge across the embankment, sea, and shallow beach areas. It has a total length of 29.2 kilometers and adopts a double track ballastless track design with a speed of 350 kilometers per hour. It is currently the longest under construction and highest construction standard high-speed railway cross sea bridge in the world. After completion, it will set multiple world records and have milestone significance in the field of railway and bridge construction worldwide.

On the afternoon of August 14th, the Anhui Provincial Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision announced that Du Pengfei, former Party Secretary of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University, is suspected of serious violations of discipline and law. After being designated for jurisdiction, he is currently undergoing disciplinary review and supervision investigation by the Lujiang County Commission for Discipline Inspection and Supervision.
