Based on changes in the external environment and the needs of the employment situation, many provinces have recently increased their efforts to stabilize employment policies, making every effort to expand growth, improve quality, and cut corners to promote employment and benefit people's livelihoods at a faster pace.
Heilongjiang has launched 21 policy combinations and implemented a plan to boost employment through major projects; Henan has launched 12 measures to stabilize employment, requiring timely sorting out of local employers with large scale of employment and strong ability to drive employment; Hebei Province has issued 17 policies to stabilize employment, with plans to develop and establish 5500 temporary public welfare positions by 2023; A job search subsidy of 2000 yuan per person will be provided to eligible graduates facing difficulties.
