They personally experienced the development process of China's salvage industry from scratch, from weakness to strength, and the nearly 70 year development process of China's salvage industry. They inherited the core culture of China's salvage industry, felt the connotation of "mission, responsibility, self sacrifice, and innovation" in the exhibition hall, and the salvage spirit of "giving hope in life to others and leaving the danger of death to themselves". The teenagers also watched the documentary "2021 Cold Wave" together, feeling the difficulty of rescue work and admiring the fearless courage and noble responsibility of the rescue team members.
At the upcoming 818 Poverty Alleviation and Education Assistance Ceremony, Shanghai Salvage Bureau, Yangpu District Women's Federation, and social charity forces distributed love materials to the self strengthening young people, hoping to better motivate them to study hard, strengthen their ideals and beliefs. The reporter learned that for a long time, the Women's Federation of Yangpu District has been concerned about disadvantaged children in the district through the "8.18" poverty alleviation and education assistance activity, and through the "Sunflower Plan" love education assistance activity, it provides more than 600 basic education assistance to disadvantaged children in need each year.
In addition to assisting impoverished students, Yangpu District has also launched the "Neighborhood Mom" project, focusing on children with missing guardianship in the district. Caring mothers recruited by the community pair up with them to help children in various difficult situations grow up healthy and happy, and cultivate their qualities of self-reliance and self-improvement.
The Yangpu District Women's Federation stated that in the future, it will gather more social forces, take multiple measures, and solidly carry out care and service activities for disadvantaged children, creating a good atmosphere for their learning, living, and healthy growth, and safeguarding their happy childhood.
