The reporter learned that the newly introduced "Juantong" intelligent emergency comprehensive management system in Juyuan New Area has completed data integration with the city's 119 emergency response system, connecting information channels for grassroots grid forces such as fire departments, government regulatory departments, and property companies, and facilitating data sharing among multiple parties. When a fire or other event occurs, grassroots grid personnel can synchronously learn about the event information, and complete information screening, traffic evacuation, and other work before firefighters arrive to improve disposal efficiency.
Multi party collaborative management is only one of the functions of "Ju'antong". The system consists of two parts: the government end and the enterprise end, and adopts different usage terminals for different units. On the government side, security supervision and other government departments can use big data analysis to profile security risks for enterprises, and can also automatically report issues such as illegal construction of factories and warehouses, stacking of flammable materials, and occupation of fire exits within their jurisdiction through drone inspections. On the enterprise side, by deploying IoT sensors and other methods in key locations, this system can help enterprises find the parts and links that require self inspection.
