On June 17th, the "Smart Home" digital property platform in Minhang District was officially launched and put into use. This year, the district plans to have 100 residential communities' intelligent perception application scenarios "connected" for operation. It is reported that the platform will comprehensively contribute to the digital transformation of community governance services in Shencheng by creating a community smart brain that can perceive, think, make decisions, and command, in order to comprehensively assist in "fine community governance, property cost reduction and efficiency improvement, and residents' quality of life".
"As an important component of the community governance system, property management connects the 'last 100 meters' of residents' life services, and is closely related to the quality of life of the masses, urban safety operation, and social harmony and stability." Yang Yongjian, Secretary of the Party Group and Director of the Minhang District Housing Management Bureau, introduced that there are currently 1106 residential communities in Minhang, with a wide range of areas. The shortcomings in community governance are also intertwined. It is reported that the digital property platform fully launched in Minhang achieves intelligent warning, judgment, and supervision through basic data sharing, IoT perception laying, online and offline integration, multi-dimensional analysis, and rapid response and disposal. It constructs three carriers: digital housing management, property direct transportation, and smart scenes, unifying the management of houses, objects, affairs, and people, and comprehensively improving the refinement, precision, and intelligence level of smart home operation services.
The first carrier of platform application is the digital housing management application with "three-level visualization application" as the core, which can achieve three-level refined management of district level property supervision, street and town level property management, and community level property services.
Among them, the district level property supervision platform can achieve district wide collaborative management and joint decision-making across levels, regions, systems, departments, and businesses based on "holographic profiling" data. The street and town level property management platform covers seven major data modules, including street and town community archives, community health portraits, energy efficiency analysis of various community properties, and the handling of direct traffic cases in each community, achieving collaborative management and joint decision-making at the street and town level. A community level property service platform can provide 11 comprehensive management services, including population, new infrastructure, vehicles, housing, property services, equipment warning, work order management, and comprehensive governance, to enhance the level of community management.

The third carrier of platform application is the superposition of N intelligent scene applications, which connects the access control, inspection wells, water tanks, elevators, geomagnetic, monitoring, environmental monitoring and other facilities in the community to the management platform, allowing governance and services to penetrate every corner of the community like capillaries.
