The Yangtze River is the source of civilization in the vast China, as well as the golden waterway that connects to the sea, composing a magnificent melody of "the coexistence of the river and the sea". This exhibition is based on 34 major archaeological discoveries, including Sanxingdui Site, Mawangdui Han Tomb, Marquis Yi Tomb, Marquis Haihun Tomb, Jinsha Site, Zhu Ran Tomb, Sui Yang Emperor Tomb, and the "Yangtze River Estuary No. 2" shipwreck. It demonstrates the blending process of "from the Yangtze River to the sea" in the Neolithic Age, highlights the remarkable contribution of the Yangtze River to world civilization, and creates a good cultural atmosphere for promoting the Yangtze River Economic Belt and the construction of the "the Belt and Road".
The exhibition will officially open to the public on July 11th and continue until October 8th.
