These are not the menu of any newly established "internet celebrity store" in Shanghai, but rather the healthy food and drink dishes made by professional nutritionists on site for residents during the "Neighborhood and Slope" Family Health Day event in Xietu Street, Xuhui District. On August 15th, the first practice base of the Health Management Center of Zhongshan Hospital affiliated with Fudan University was established in Xietu Street. The professional medical team of Zhongshan Hospital also brought the first family health day experience activity to residents on that day.
The "Neighborhood Slope" Family Health Day event held on that day included lectures on brain health topics, the production, tasting, and popularization of health tea/dishes, home simulation and functional training for patients with cerebrovascular accidents, and other content. At the event site of the Zhaoqing Party and Mass Service Center located in Xietu Street, the above-mentioned functional areas have attracted nearly a hundred residents to visit and experience. Among them, functional training on posture, balance, sitting, standing, walking, and simulating the daily precautions for patients with cerebral thrombosis, as well as other experiences related to the aftermath of cerebrovascular accidents, have attracted many residents to participate.
The reporter learned from Xietu Street that in recent years, the street has focused on bringing more caring and practical health service resources to residents. This time, the first health management center community practice base has been established with Zhongshan Hospital. The two sides will jointly build a community service model of "community health management center national medical center" linkage, truly realizing the transformation of medical resources into applied community service scenarios.
This year, Xietu Street launched the "Health Guardians at Home" special action, attracting volunteer groups such as family doctors and assistants, community experts, and health promotion volunteers who have long provided health services to community residents. Eight volunteer service teams were formed, including nutrition and health guidance, exercise and health guidance, community rehabilitation guidance, family medication guidance, family nursing guidance, and family health management.
At the same time, Xietu Street has also invited professional institutions such as the Health Management Center of Zhongshan Hospital to jointly build a "Neighborhood Health" health management project, which is an important part of the street's efforts to build a "health service circle". It is reported that the project covers disciplinary systems such as characteristic health management, chronic disease management, cognitive function enhancement of brain health, nutritional health management services, traditional Chinese medicine intervention before illness, functional community and home rehabilitation, occupational health management, etc. In the future, it will continue to deepen with the promotion of the medical consortium community service model.

At the event, Gu Jianying, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhongshan Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, stated that Zhongshan Hospital will continue to promote the development of health management discipline, assist in the construction of hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system, make good use of community frontline practice fields, sink high-quality health service resources, and jointly promote the construction of the "15 minute community health circle" with Xietu Street.
