Mr. Zhang, a citizen, recently finished his meal at a restaurant along Quwo Road in Jing'an District. The delicious food and thoughtful service from the merchants left a deep impression on him. He used his phone to scan the "Pengpu Enterprise Code" posted on the door of the store and gave feedback and likes to the store.

Enterprise code is a component of the city code service system. At present, Shanghai is promoting the transformation of "Suishen Code" into "city code", forming a comprehensive "city code" service and governance system of "one person, one code", "one enterprise, one code", and "one item, one code". Jing'an District is actively exploring the application of "one enterprise, one code" scenarios. In May of this year, relying on the "Suishen Code" operation and management platform of the city's big data center, Pengpu Xincun Street successfully created the first batch of pilot Pengpu "Enterprise Code" service and supervision new models along Quwo Road in its jurisdiction, which were welcomed by consumers and shops.

Citizens can access the landing page of "Enterprise Code" in Jing'an District by opening any APP of WeChat, Alipay and the attached application, scanning the "Enterprise Code" posted in the shop, and clicking the "Pengpu Enterprise Code" service, they can report problems and evaluate the shop. The street staff introduced that the likes and evaluations of merchants by residents are an important dimension of merchant credit. After residents give likes and evaluations, the data enters the backend to provide support for subsequent merchant credit management. We will also refer to the evaluation and likes data to evaluate the top ten merchants along the street, achieving data-driven management.

A baozi shop owner said, "Now, customers can scan the 'enterprise code' to evaluate our products and services, which encourages us to continuously improve product quality, make services more considerate, and help us shape our brand image and attract more customers to purchase."

After leaving the store, Mr. Zhang found that the neighboring merchant was operating on the road, affecting road traffic. He scanned the QR code again to report it.

Residents can report in real time the phenomenon of oil smoke disturbing residents and occupying road operations through the "Pengpu Enterprise Code", and the regulatory responsible person will immediately receive a reminder on their mobile phone. According to the "One Code Access and One Code Response Mechanism" of Pengpu Xincun Street, upon receiving the complaint information, relevant staff will rush to the scene as soon as possible to verify and handle the problem, and record the relevant content through mobile phones. At the same time, the management department can also understand the past disposal records of merchants during joint inspections, providing an information basis for subsequent law enforcement.

In the backend of the street comprehensive management and service intelligent platform, Mr. Zhang's likes and evaluations, reported issues, and disposal information of urban management staff will all be collected. These data can be collected once and used by multiple parties. On the one hand, the likes, evaluations, and disposal records of merchants become an important basis for their credit points; On the other hand, when the management department conducts joint inspections, it can understand the past records of merchants and provide an information basis for law enforcement.
