Creating a "Beautiful Bookstore Festival", Huangpu District releases a new year's party building project: launching a red cultural tourism map in the Yangtze River Delta
On August 31, the joint meeting of regionalized party building in Huangpu District was held, and the key projects of regionalized party building in 2023 were released, including the project of "Huaihai Xintiandi Import Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Area Party Building Alliance", the Yangtze River Delta "C9 First Square" red cultural tourism map project, the Shanghai Book Fair Sinan Wonderful Bookstore Festival project, and the "medical" volunteer white collar health gas station project, to promote high-quality development and create high-quality life.
These party building projects include those that focus on the needs of white-collar workers in enterprises, those that focus on the living needs of residents, those that promote urban cultural spirit, and those that promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
For example, focusing on the needs of white-collar enterprises and the living needs of residents, Huangpu District launched the project of "Huaihai Xintiandi Import Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Zone Party Building Alliance". Shanghai Huaihai Xintiandi Import Trade Promotion Innovation Demonstration Zone is the only national import demonstration zone located in the central urban area of Shanghai. The Party Working Committee of Huaihai Middle Road Sub district, together with the Commerce Committee of Huangpu District and Huangpu Customs, jointly initiated the establishment of the party building alliance of "Huaihai Xintiandi Import Demonstration Zone", integrating the advantages of red resources, import trade agglomeration, business service demonstration, and innovation in party building in emerging fields, and helping the "Import Demonstration Zone" form a new pattern of "headquarters function bearing, consumption supply leading, and service integration innovation" by building a platform, integrating resources, docking demand, and leading consumption. To promote the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta, Huangpu District has created the "C9 First Square" red cultural tourism map project in the Yangtze River Delta. This year, a red cultural tourism map project will be launched: telling the story of the "red cultural tourism map" well and cultivating young "red instructors"; Release a batch of high-quality red tourism routes, starting from Huangpu, the birthplace of the Communist Party of China, and based on the "Red Culture Tourism Map", integrating and releasing high-quality routes, actively developing citizen self-cultivation and cultural walking routes with the theme of red culture in 9 urban areas.
To promote the spirit of urban culture, Huangpu District has established a new model of party building work through the "Cultural Sinan" regional party building joint conference in recent years, which is "leading party building, benefiting the people through culture, sharing resources, and cooperating for win-win". More than 4500 high-quality cultural activities have been held in Sinan Mansion, covering more than 48 million online and offline audiences, and creating classic projects and brands such as Sinan Reading Club. Among them, the "Shanghai Book Fair · Sinan Beautiful Bookstore Festival" is the first festival in China with bookstores as its theme, pioneering the "reading+" model for the first time. Combining various forms such as book markets, markets, music, exhibitions, digital art, etc., it gathers 90 representative bookstores from more than 30 cities, transforming the Sinan Mansion neighborhood into a "big bookstore". As an extension of the "Beautiful Bookstore Festival", Sinan launched the "Beautiful Bookstore Festival · Sinan Book Shopping Season" in May this year to meet the public's demand for old books. Sinan Mansion will also continue to pay attention to characteristic bookstores. The second "Beautiful Bookstore Festival" will be held from the end of September to early October this year, allowing more bookstores and books to be seen through the "Cultural Sinan" platform.
