The maximum hourly rainfall intensity was 27.0mm at Jiuting Town. The wind force is generally 3-4 levels. The highest water level at the Mishidu representative station on the outer river is 3.63 meters, which does not exceed the warning water level. The highest water level at the Chenfangqiao representative station on the inner river is 3.48 meters, which exceeds the warning water level by 0.28 meters. The water level in the inner river is generally high.

Severe waterlogging has occurred at points prone to waterlogging, such as the overpass under Lianyang Road on the Shanghai Hangzhou Railway and the overpass under Songjin Road on the Shanghai Hangzhou Railway. In particular, the deepest waterlogging in the motor vehicle lane of the overpass under Lianyang Road on the Hangzhou Railway can reach up to 2 meters. Emergency response personnel rushed to the scene for drainage operations, and after the rain stopped, the road area was drained of water for a short period of time, restoring normal traffic.
It is reported that this afternoon, the Songjiang District Flood Control Command issued a work reminder on further improving extreme weather prevention and emergency response during the Dragon Boat Festival holiday to member units of various street towns and flood control command centers. Each unit and department arranged for duty personnel to be on duty in advance, and during the response period, the responsible leaders led the shift on duty, and all flood control cadres were in place.
