Yesterday, the first phase of the "Gewu Hongyuan - Cultural Relics Collection Research Conference of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China Memorial Hall" was held in the Chuxin Classroom of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China Memorial Hall. The event showcased 19 cultural relics related to the creation of the People's Army. More than 20 experts and scholars in the fields of party history and cultural heritage, industry insiders in revolutionary venues, red collectors, and social audiences wear white gloves to observe and touch these precious cultural relics up close, and conduct tasting, discussion, and research.
The cultural relics exhibited in this event include the 10th and 13th issues of "Hot Blood Daily" published in 1925 and edited by Qu Qiubai, "Introduction to Political Science" and "National Revolution" published in 1926 and edited by Yun Daiying, as well as the "Political Work Speech Collection" published in 1927, which includes articles by Zhou Enlai, Yun Daiying, and others. These collections have a history of more than 90 years, and many of them are exhibited up close to the public for the first time.

Lifting the large knives used by the three armed uprising postal workers and inspectors, Ma Jun, a researcher at the Institute of History of the Shanghai Academy of Social Sciences, couldn't help but feel excited: "This is a cultural relic that has been donated since the 1950s. Our senior colleagues in the unit had interviewed the donor at that time, and today they touched the real thing, which feels really different!" He sighed, "In the past, many collections or cultural relics, even researchers may not have the opportunity to see the real thing. Such a research association is very valuable, and he hopes to organize more similar activities in the future.".
Dai Zheheng, from the Party School of Shangyu District Committee of the Communist Party of China in Shaoxing City, was one of the six enthusiastic viewers who signed up for the event through WeChat. At the age of 26, he is also engaged in party history research. He made a special trip from Shaoxing in the morning. "When I saw the article on the WeChat official account, I signed up immediately". During the exhibition, Dai Zheheng's most memorable collection was a blanket used by Comrade Wang Yifei, an early member of the Communist Party of China and also from Shangyu, during his revolutionary activities. According to descendants of Wang Yifei, this blanket was brought back to China by Wang Yifei from the Soviet Union in early 1925. He used it during the preparation of the Central Military Commission in Shanghai and his participation in leading the three armed uprisings in Shanghai. "Today, to see these precious cultural relics with a history of nearly a hundred years, and to touch and browse them with one's own hands, it feels very different and meaningful to be separated from glass in peacetime," said Dai Zheheng.

”The Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China has a rich collection of red resources, with 128000 cultural relics. However, there are not many opportunities for cultural relics to meet with everyone, and currently only about 0.5% of them are on display Xue Feng, Secretary of the Party Committee and Director of the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China, stated that the museum will continue to carry out related work around exploring value, effectively utilizing, and bringing cultural relics to life, in order to better showcase the connotation of cultural relics to the general public.
Next, the Memorial Hall of the First National Congress of the Communist Party of China will strive to organize a monthly cultural relics collection review and research meeting, allowing more revolutionary cultural relics to come out of the warehouse and meet with the audience, further strengthening the research and interpretation of cultural relics, deepening and expanding the rational utilization of revolutionary cultural relics, continuously exploring the spiritual connotation of revolutionary cultural relics, and providing the people with richer historical and cultural nourishment.
