It further strengthens the core functions of the city, and creates a node for the domestic circulation center and a strategic link for domestic and international dual circulation. Det Norske Veritas is a leading global risk management service and international authoritative certification body, making positive contributions to the construction of the Shanghai International Shipping Center. I hope that Det Norske Veritas can further strengthen its strategic cooperation with Shanghai, expand its cooperation areas, and place more business sectors including ship certification, technical services, energy, consulting, etc. in Shanghai, striving to achieve mutual benefit and common development. At the same time, we hope to jointly promote the digital transformation and green and low-carbon transformation of the global shipping industry, cooperate in hosting the North Bund International Shipping Forum, and work together to make the forum a grand event for the global shipping industry.

The six major business sectors of the classification society have all laid out in China, and have conducted in-depth cooperation with Chinese partners, witnessing China's tremendous progress in energy transformation and other aspects.
