In addition, starting from January 1, 2023, adjustments will be made to the three compensation standards for work-related injury insurance for individuals who are disabled or die due to work-related injuries before December 31, 2022. The disability allowance for workers who suffer from work-related injuries before December 31, 2022 and are disabled at levels one to four will be adjusted based on the standards enjoyed in 2022: the disability allowance for level one will increase by 452 yuan/month, the disability allowance for level two will increase by 417 yuan/month, the disability allowance for level three will increase by 394 yuan/month, and the disability allowance for level four will increase by 362 yuan/month. The adjusted minimum disability allowance is: 9276 yuan/month for Level 1 disability, 8643 yuan/month for Level 2 disability, 8124 yuan/month for Level 3 disability, and 7592 yuan/month for Level 4 disability.
The living care expenses for workers who have suffered work-related injuries before December 31, 2022 and are confirmed to be unable to take care of themselves will be adjusted based on the standards enjoyed in 2022. Among them, the living expenses for workers who are completely unable to take care of themselves will increase by 394 yuan/month, the living expenses for most workers who cannot take care of themselves will increase by 315 yuan/month, and the living expenses for workers who cannot take care of themselves will increase by 236 yuan/month. The adjusted living care fee standard is 6092 yuan/month for those who cannot take care of themselves at all, 4874 yuan/month for those who cannot take care of themselves for most of their lives, and 3655 yuan/month for those who cannot take care of themselves for some of their lives.
