Three years after its establishment, the developer alliance of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integration Development Demonstration Zone gathered again last week for a meeting. The theme of this year's conference is "Cross domain Integration, Open Win Win", and there is an additional "Ji" - "Full Link Conference" in the conference name.
On the same day, the Shanghai Municipal Government signed a strategic cooperation agreement with China Three Gorges Corporation. The latter is one of the initiators of the "Developer Alliance" and also a newly appointed rotating executive unit.
During a meeting with Lei Mingshan, Chairman of Three Gorges Group, and his delegation, Chen Jining, Secretary of the Shanghai Municipal Party Committee, expressed his hope to take the signing of a new round of strategic cooperation agreement as an opportunity to continue to make efforts in jointly promoting the protection of the Yangtze River, adapt to urban green and low-carbon transformation, and further deepen the connection between the central and local governments around green power supply, clean energy development, infrastructure improvement, and water source security.

Chen Jining emphasized at the meeting that each CIIE is a showcase of Shanghai's image to the world. To seize opportunities, continuously optimize the business environment, vigorously promote open measures, send positive signals to the world, boost confidence expectations, and enhance the sense of achievement and satisfaction of enterprises.
The comprehensive effect of amplifying spillovers was highlighted at the meeting. This is a classic topic of the annual CIIE, and this comprehensive effect itself comes from the comprehensive integration of links, linking opportunities at all levels into a chain.
