The annual amount of risk compensation for inclusive loans has been increased to 1 billion yuan, encouraging private enterprises to actively participate in the construction of artificial intelligence application scenarios, and establishing a "no matter what, no matter what" enterprise service mechanism... The recently issued "Several Measures to Promote the Development and Growth of Private Economy in Guangzhou" provides stable expectations and strong confidence for the development of private economy from the aspects of supporting policies, service systems, and legal environment.

In the first half of the year, the newly added private economic entities in Zhejiang increased by 12.2% year-on-year, and the added value of private industries above designated size increased by 7.0% year-on-year, which is 2.3 percentage points higher than the growth rate of industrial added value above designated size in the province.
Focus on development difficulties and pain points
"At present, there are pain points, difficulties, and bottlenecks in the private economy of Jiangsu Province, such as difficulties in technological innovation, talent introduction, lack of coordinated development between industrial and supply chains, as well as difficulties in financing for small and medium-sized enterprises and inadequate implementation of support policies." Jiang Zhaoyi, Vice President of Jiangsu Provincial Institute of Finance, stated.
The difficulty and high cost of financing are also the "heartache" for private enterprises. As of the end of June, loans to private enterprises in Shandong Province had a net increase of 23 billion yuan compared to the beginning of the year, with a balance exceeding 230 billion yuan, an increase of 5 billion yuan year-on-year. The balance and increment ranked first among the four banks in Shandong Province.
Private enterprises are the main force of innovative development. Guangzhou's "20 Measures for Private Economy" proposes to increase the openness of application scenarios in multiple fields such as intelligent manufacturing, smart cities, smart transportation, smart education, and smart healthcare, and support private enterprises to participate in application scenario design and construction. At present, there are still problems in the private economy of Shandong Province, such as a shortage of leading enterprises, insufficient innovation vitality, and a biased industrial structure towards traditional heavy chemical industries. Luan Yongqiang, head of the Non Public Economic Development Department of the Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, stated that he will guide and support private enterprises to target the forefront, segmented fields, and market demands of the industry, accelerate the transformation and industrialization of scientific and technological achievements, and enhance the resilience and security level of the industrial and supply chains.
Driven by various favorable policies for enterprises, the added value of private industrial enterprises above designated size in Jiangsu increased by 12.4% in the first half of this year, an increase of 1.7 percentage points compared to the first quarter, providing strong support for the stable and positive development of Jiangsu's economy. "The next step is to further accelerate the construction of a unified domestic market, break down regional barriers, and provide more fair and just treatment to private enterprises in providing inclusive finance and optimizing the business environment, in order to better support the high-quality development of private enterprises." Jiang Zhaoyi suggested.
Boosting confidence and improving expectations
At present, some private enterprises still lack strong endogenous driving force, demand is still insufficient, and expectations and confidence urgently need to be boosted.
