They need to inspect and confirm signatures on more than 20 inspection items, including the fuselage, engine, landing gear, electrical system, etc., to ensure that the aircraft is in airworthiness. When the plane first landed, the engine temperature exceeded 500 ℃. After taxiing for a distance, the temperature dropped to about 300 ℃. When the plane came to a steady stop, there was still a high temperature of over 100 ℃ at the engine exhaust nozzle, but the maintenance personnel had to come up and carefully inspect it.

Aircraft guardians need to "stand" at designated locations in high temperatures, maintain a straight posture under the double "baking" of scorching sun and ground, observe the surroundings of the aircraft, and strictly prevent unrelated personnel and vehicles from approaching;

The east runway of Hongqiao Airport is 3400 meters long and the west runway is 3300 meters long. Due to the safety of aircraft and passengers, the runway cannot accommodate a single stone. This requires on-site inspectors to promptly detect foreign objects and damages on the runway and taxiway to avoid getting caught in the aircraft. The inspector also needs to remove vines and grass on the apron perimeter that may obstruct vision, as well as plastic bags, balloons and other foreign objects in the drainage ditch that may cause runway water accumulation.
