The reporter learned from the Taiwan Affairs Office of the Municipal Government that Taiwanese compatriots can use the Taiwan resident residence permit issued by Shanghai to replace the original Shanghai Overseas Talent Residence Permit and apply for the qualification to participate in the bidding for personal non business bus quotas.
According to the official website of the Shanghai Municipal Transportation Commission on June 20th, individuals from Taiwan who apply to participate in the bus quota auction need to provide the following materials:
1. The "Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents" issued by the public security department valid for more than six months;
2. Residence Permit for Taiwan Residents issued by the public security department of this Municipality;
3. A valid motor vehicle driving license issued by the public security traffic management department;
4. According to the calculation from the date of application, the personal income tax list has been paid in this city for 3 consecutive years.
Since the beginning of this year, the Municipal Taiwan Affairs Office has taken various measures to help Taiwan compatriots in Shanghai further integrate into Shanghai and share the development dividend of the mainland of the motherland. In addition, Taiwan-funded Fubang Huayi Bank has also launched a credit card Taiwan Youth Project to replace some application materials with academic certificates, bringing real convenience and benefits to Taiwan Youth.
