The 4th Beijing National Music Festival closed on the 28th. This year's National Music Festival, with the main theme of promoting popularization, has launched four unique concerts: "National Music Carnival", "Hand in Hand", "Hand in Hand", and "Union". At the same time, a series of activities have been held, including "Non professional Orchestra Exhibition", "Chinese Plunger Music Online Competition", "National Music Research Camp", and "National Music Master Class".
The children of the Beijing and Shandong percussion bands are clapping their limbs to perform.
Last night, the closing concert of "Joining Hands" was held at the Beijing Concert Hall. Children's Percussion Orchestra affiliated with Beijing Ethnic Orchestra, Youth Philharmonic Orchestra affiliated with Beijing Ethnic Orchestra, Children's Folk Orchestra of Jinan Women and Children's Activity Center, and Juxian Xuangu Xingying Percussion Orchestra jointly performed a rich and diverse ethnic music concert, which greatly impressed the audience.
At the beginning of the concert, there is a group of programs with percussion as the core. "Searching for the Last Drop of Water", "Yellow River Boatman's Song", "Chasing the Wind Youth", and "Body Balaba" are expressed through percussion, body shape, singing, dialogue, and other forms of expression. At times, the rhythm is soft, like a spring rain, and at other times, the sound shakes the sky and is majestic. The children are all performing with their hearts, sometimes speaking humorous words and making exaggerated expressions, winning enthusiastic applause from the audience time and time again. Especially in "Body Balaba", children exhibit a strong sense of rhythm without drumbeat accompaniment for a long time. They are like flowing notes, converging into a perfect percussion piece.
The closing performance was a complete success, and conductor Yang Chunlin and all the actors thanked the audience.
Subsequently, adaptations of classic songs such as "Huanqin", "Good Night", "Autumn Water and Long Sky", "Deep Night", "Elephant King's Journey", and "Summer Sunshine" were made one by one, performed by the Beijing Youth Philharmonic Orchestra composed of non professional performers working in various industries. It is understood that the group is a youth social organization incubated by the Beijing Ethnic Orchestra, established with the aim of providing a display platform and realizing stage dreams for non professional Chinese music enthusiasts in various fields. The band regularly holds special concerts and frequently participates in various performance activities
Later, the large-scale folk music ensemble "Terra Cotta Warriors of the Qin Dynasty", "Singing Folk Songs to the Party Again", "Jumping Dragon and Tiger", and "Happy Moon" brought the enthusiasm of the audience to a climax step by step. Famous conductor Yang Chunlin played the last few pieces of music. The fusion of classics and tradition, the collision of ethnic and popular elements, diverse musical styles, and fashionable elements make a vivid contribution to the smooth hosting of the 4th Beijing National Music Festival.
