In the Sunshine Electronic Science and Technology Innovation Studio, technicians who provide maintenance services for electronic products such as computers and mobile phones have also started working. Before the guests arrived, he imported the video footage of chip level motherboard repairs taken two days ago into the editing software, which was his unique skill. That evening, a new video will be launched.

In the Hi Leather Handicraft Workshop, leather goods craftsman Qin Yi is giving a class to students. Today, they are going to make leather keychain small pendants with pink flowers that exude a girlish vibe.

On the first floor of the small building, there is a tea shop called Tu Xiaoai. The shop is decorated with various fresh fruit tea hand cranked drinks, and customers gradually come in to order a cup of fruit tea. The colors in the cup are colorful, filled with the taste of summer.

These small studios and entrepreneurs gather in the small building at 201 Luochuan East Road, and they share a common characteristic - from managers to employees, they are almost all disabled or intellectually disabled.

This is the office residence of the Shanghai Disabled Employment Service Center. Recently, both inside and outside the small building have been renovated, and the administrative department of the service center has been relocated to the 6th floor. On the 1st to 5th floors, under the name "Sunshine 201", a disabled vocational service platform has been built, integrating practical training, employment, and entrepreneurship incubation.

The first floor is a reception space open to the public. There are resting seats, free reading books, and exhibition booths for intangible cultural heritage handmade products made by people with disabilities.

The founder of Tu Xiaoai, a handcrafted beverage shop on the first floor, is Lu Xuefeng, a disabled entrepreneur from Jinshan. Two years ago, he and his wife, who had obtained the qualification of a tea artist, started their own business again. They opened a Tu Xiao Ai hand shake drink shop in Jinshan to help people with disabilities find employment, and their products were highly recognized by local consumers.

Lu Xuefeng is a world champion in weightlifting for people with disabilities. During his training, he has successfully achieved financial freedom through years of deep cultivation in the power engineering and equipment manufacturing industry, becoming a well-known "world champion entrepreneur" in Jinshan.

Although his legs were inconvenient, Lu Xuefeng often ventured into the greenhouses of local orchards in Jinshan to inspect the quality of fruits and inquire with merchants about procurement matters for his small milk tea shop.

In 2021 and 2022, reporters interviewed Lu Xuefeng twice and recorded his entrepreneurial milk tea story: "The world champion is worth millions of yuan, why did he choose to open a milk tea shop after starting a new business?"

On June 9th, a group of "old friends" came to the Dou Xiao Ai store to experience the process of making milk tea and fruit tea firsthand.

Tasting the handmade fruit tea, the aunt was very happy.

The second floor of the small building is called the "Sunshine Skill Show". This place can be described as hiding dragons and crouching tigers, with many skilled experts settling in.

The founder of "Hi Pi Handmade", Zhou Dashan, is a senior leather goods maker. His apprentice, Qin Yi, a deaf leather goods maker, is now able to take on the role alone. In addition to making products in the studio, he also teaches apprentices.

There are complete leather goods making tools hanging on the walls made by Hi Pi, as well as exquisite leather goods for sale.

In the magic balloon studio, balloon artist Liu Ying is rushing to work. Although suffering from hearing impairment, Liu Ying, who is clever and skillful, keeps receiving orders. Whether it's the annual meeting of the company or the wedding ceremony, she is always invited to come forward and use balloons as decorations.

In the Sunshine Science and Technology Innovation Studio, the master is editing a short video of computer motherboard repair skills. This studio can provide maintenance services for various electronic products such as computers and mobile phones for surrounding residents.

The founder of this studio, Ke Shuichang, is a famous entrepreneurial model for people with disabilities in Shanghai. A car accident paralyzed him from a high position, but did not stop him from pursuing his career. His superb maintenance skills and conscientious pricing have earned him a large number of loyal consumers. His entrepreneurial achievements have also been honored as a national model for self-improvement, and he was received by party and state leaders at the Great Hall of the People.

In 2021, the reporter wrote the story of Ke Shuichang: "After accidentally high-level paraplegia, he started his own business and drove the company into Lujiazui, and was received by the General Secretary in the Great Hall of the People."

When entering the studio of "Image Walker", there was no one in the bright and clean office. The brand manager Wei Weizheng led the team to Xizang to shoot.

Wei Wei is a "god" in the photography industry, signing contracts and cooperating with multiple world-renowned photo agencies, and multiple works have been honored internationally. He joined "Sunshine 201" and became a photography training instructor, providing comprehensive guidance for photography employment for people with disabilities.

The hair salon and massage training room on the second floor not only provides a venue for future employment training for disabled people, but also serves as a convenient community support for surrounding residents.

On the third floor, Li Jing, the organizer of "Craftsmanship Collection", is creating a series of cultural and creative products to promote and promote entrepreneurial talents for people with disabilities. Craftsmanship Club is a club under the Employment Center. Here, hundreds of skilled professionals with professional skills and exemplary roles in entrepreneurship and employment are gathered from various parts of Shanghai.

Through ingenuity, one end aims to push these entrepreneurial talents to a wider commercial market, while the other end promotes and promotes them to the disabled population, inspiring employment enthusiasm, entrepreneurial passion, and achieving the matching of skills and resources.

In order to preserve a chocolate sculpture made by a chocolate craftsman, Li Jing purchased an freezer at her own expense. Whenever guests visited, she proudly brought out the sculpture for display.

The roadshow hall on the third floor is a podium for promoting the cause and knowledge of people with disabilities to the public. Children and elderly people come here to learn sign language under the guidance of professional sign language teachers.

The elderly are particularly diligent in learning sign language.

Within the 4-5 floors of "Sunshine 201", there are also functions such as live streaming sales, vocational training, legal consultation, and shared office space, achieving basic full coverage.

At present, "Sunshine 201" is in its early stages, upgrading existing space, providing basic hardware equipment, and laying the foundation for employment training and entrepreneurship incubation for people with disabilities.

The employment and entrepreneurship of people with disabilities objectively face learning barriers due to the lack of innate conditions. However, at the same time, people with disabilities have the opportunity to compete on an equal footing with able-bodied individuals in their respective fields of work. At present, among the entrepreneurs who have settled in, there are champions of the National Disability Vocational Skills Competition and recipients of the National Self Strengthening Model Honor. They generally have a good reputation in the industry. They are like seeds, taking root and sprouting in "Sunshine 201", and leading more disabled people to grow together and set sail.

In most cases, relying on government subsidies and charitable mechanisms can only provide protection and support for the lives of people with disabilities. By relying on practical skills, participating in competition in the market and driving more disabled people to join the entrepreneurial and employment teams, not only can we truly improve the living conditions of disabled people, reshape their confidence in life, but we can also share more public resources for disabled people who need more care, and even groups who cannot take care of themselves.

At present, many of the merchants settled in "Sunshine 201" have the attributes of convenience, friendliness, and benefit to the people. Come and have a cup of milk tea, learn sign language, buy some non heritage cultural creations, learn leather handicrafts, do a nail art, and cut your hair; If the phone is broken, bring it for repair as soon as possible; If you have back pain and soreness, come directly for massage and massage... A comprehensive, cost-effective, and convenient entertainment, service, and consumption space will be welcomed by the surrounding community residents.
