Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui "formed a group" to bring "collections to Shanghai"
On May 11, the launch ceremony of "Embracing Mountains and Seas and Gathering of Auspiciousness - Market 'Group' Assistance to Tibet Consumer Exhibition" was held at the Bailian Outlets Brand Direct Sales Plaza in Qingpu, Shanghai.
This event is not only a consumption assistance project to aid Tibet, but also one of Shanghai’s “May 5 Shopping Festival” series of activities. The exhibition and sales activities will last from May 11 to May 17, bringing more than 400 categories of goods to Shanghai citizens. Specialty products from Lhasa, Shigatse, Nagqu and Shannan regions.
The “Collections into Shanghai” event has been held many times in different forms. For example, on December 15 last year, the Tibet Autonomous Region Investment Promotion Conference and the 4th "Collections to Shanghai" product selection and tasting meeting were held; on May 12 last year, the "Fifth Five-Year Plan" consumer exhibition event and group organization in Shigatse City and five counties The launching ceremony of the Tibet-supporting Enterprise Alliance was held in Shanghai.
However, this time the event has been upgraded, and the changes can be seen in the types of collections. In the past, most of the products in the "collections brought to Shanghai" were produced in Shigatse, the counterpart assistance area in Shanghai. This year, a total of 93 companies from Shigatse, Lhasa, Nagqu, and Shannan regions were organized for a joint exhibition. The event was jointly organized by the Shanghai Tibet Aid Cadre Liaison Group and the Beijing Municipal Government. It is co-sponsored by the Tibet Lhasa Headquarters of the Support and Cooperation Leading Group, the Jiangsu Province Counterpart Support Tibet Lhasa City Forward Headquarters, the Zhejiang Province Counterpart Support Tibet Nagqu City Headquarters, and the eighth batch of Anhui Province Aid Tibet Task Force.
In order to further promote Tibetan cultural tourism products and specialty products to "enter business districts and platforms", cadres from all over the country have optimized the design and packaging according to the consumption habits that are more suitable for Shanghai citizens, strengthened market promotion, enhanced consumer experience, and brought more high value-added products to the market. Products with good quality and market recognition are introduced to the Shanghai market. The products on display include not only products independently developed by Tibetan enterprises, but also products jointly developed by enterprises from both sides in the form of an industrial chain. The products are two-way empowerment and two-way travel, showing the integration of more cross-border elements and local Tibetan elements, allowing the general public to and tourists can better understand Tibet, enter Tibet, and experience Tibet, and promote better exchanges, exchanges and integration among various ethnic groups.
