According to the public resume, Yu Bo was born in 1967. He had previously worked in Beijing and later served as the Deputy Director and Director of the Theoretical Department of the Research Office of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference. He also served as a researcher, deputy leader, and team leader of the Second Group of the Research Office of the Central Committee.
