This online news seems to have first appeared on July 10. A chat screenshot of the WeChat owner group in a community in Yongcheng City shows that the owner said that his friend's sister had been poisoned by eating Liangpi two days ago, and there was also a box with her. Liangpi is not made by the boss himself, but bought by him. The boss has been controlled.
As for the cause of poisoning, there are two versions of the online news. One is that an excessive amount of borax has been added to the Liangpi, and the other is that the Liangpi has deteriorated and bred zymogenic acid, causing poisoning.
On July 14, Yongcheng Municipal Market Supervision and Administration Bureau confirmed to the media that there was indeed a poisoning incident, and it had conducted a spot check on Liangpi enterprises in the city. As for whether one death and one injury were caused, the bureau did not know, and the public security department was conducting an investigation. The Yongcheng Public Security Bureau did not accept an interview and stated that they were "unclear" about the journalist's inquiries.
