Some people push the blame downwards, their minds are full of the logic of "meeting is to pay attention, and issuing documents is to implement". As for how the grassroots implement it and the specific effect, it has nothing to do with oneself. In the future, when supervising and holding accountable, we only hope to have meetings and documents to protect us. Some are willing to become monks and strike the clock, reopening meetings held by their superiors, rereading documents from their superiors, and repeating speeches from their superiors. They believe that being a "microphone, repeating machine" is the safest option, as they do not want to shine or make mistakes.
Empty talk misleads the country, but practical action promotes national prosperity. Party members and cadres should focus their minds on solving practical problems, go to places where the people need them, clarify the situation, analyze the crux thoroughly, think out countermeasures, and come up with practical solutions, practical actions, and practical results.
