Heiziping Village is located along the 210 National Highway at the northern foot of the Qinling Mountains, with a terrain of "two mountains sandwiched by one river". Due to the beautiful scenery and cool climate along the way, there are many farmhouses here.
The weather has cleared up in the morning, and the reporter saw that the roads along the way are relatively smooth. The floods in the river have receded, and firefighting, ambulance, and electric emergency vehicles are continuously driving towards the scene of the incident.
