On July 11th, ships across China hung full flags and honked their horns for one minute. At the China Maritime Museum in Shanghai, the annual heavyweight exhibition "Yangtze River and Marine Civilization - Archaeological Relics Exhibition" has officially opened, covering major archaeological achievements in the Yangtze River Basin, spanning from the Neolithic Age to the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The exhibition will continue until October 8th.

The Lianyungang Liandao Maritime Supervision Base in Jiangsu Province carried out popularization of navigation knowledge and promotion of maritime rescue knowledge, attracting citizens to interact and exchange ideas. Everyone also cruised the port waters with the ship and experienced the charm of navigation firsthand. More than 200 primary and secondary school students in Qinhuangdao City walked into the China Navigation Aids Exhibition Hall, visited physical navigation equipment, and boarded a navigation simulator to learn navigation knowledge. At the main starting point of the ancient Maritime Silk Road in Zhenhai District, Ningbo City, students boarded ancient ships, listened to explanations, and gained a detailed understanding of the historical stories of the Maritime Silk Road.
This year marks the tenth anniversary of the initiative of jointly building the "the Belt and Road".
