The China Meteorological Administration predicts that in July and August, there will be more precipitation in Northeast China, North China, East China, and other areas. Among them, Heilongjiang, Jilin, Liaoning, Shandong, Jiangsu, Anhui, Shanghai and other places will have 20% to 50% more precipitation than the same period in previous years. The Songhua River, Nenjiang River, Liaohe River, Huaihe River, and the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River may have severe flood conditions.

In addition, in July, the temperature in most parts of the country is close to the same period as usual or slightly higher, with significant seasonal high temperatures in North China and the Yellow River and Huaihe River. It is expected that from the 5th to the 7th, there will be high temperatures of 35 ℃ to 38 ℃ in the eastern part of North China, the Fenwei Plain, northern Henan, and northern Shandong, with some areas reaching a daily maximum temperature of 39 ℃ to 41 ℃. The southern and southern regions of Jiangnan will also experience high temperatures ranging from 35 ℃ to 37 ℃ around July 6th and 11th.
Zhang Hengde, deputy director of the National Meteorological Center: affected by the lack of precipitation in the early stage and the superimposed high temperature, moderate to severe meteorological droughts occurred in eastern Inner Mongolia, western Jilin, western Liaoning, central and northern Hebei, and northern Shandong.
