The average outpatient cost per visit in tertiary public hospitals is 398.9 yuan, which is 12.6% higher than the same period last year and 11.1% higher than comparable prices; The average outpatient cost per visit for secondary public hospitals is 259.1 yuan, with a year-on-year increase of 18.5% based on the current year's prices and a year-on-year increase of 17.0% based on comparable prices.
