The Ministry of Commerce stated that in recent years, the United States has included a large number of Chinese enterprises in various sanctions and suppression "blacklists" under various pretexts such as national security, human rights, Xinjiang, Iran, Russia, and fentanyl, seriously damaging the legitimate rights and interests of enterprises. China firmly opposes this.
