The highest price per acre was 1300 yuan, greatly improving the utilization value of existing land. This alone increases the income of villagers by nearly 3 million yuan per year. In 2018, Jianchangying Village and Herun Agricultural High tech Industrial Development Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement for the North China International Seedling Characteristic Town project.
