Wang Shi speaks up, entrepreneur after Yao Zhenhua was "beaten" | Vanke | Yao Zhenhua
Recently, Wang Shi, the founder of Vanke, said, "Regarding the recent news about Yao Zhenhua, I have also noticed that I don't feel very good, and even a bit sad." Wang Shi said that entrepreneurs, especially private entrepreneurs, face great pressure.
"This is obviously a problem caused by the rupture of the capital chain." Wang Shi said that in the event of labor disputes, some employees have no choice but to take such measures, which is not advisable. It is understandable that such actions should be taken, but the rule of law should still be adopted. Can employee compensation solve the problem? Not only does it not solve the problem, but it also stimulates conflicts.
Wang Shi said, "Entrepreneurs need to reflect on how to handle this step, and Yao Zhenhua is still actively solving this problem, which is worth encouraging."

On July 31st, Yao Zhenhua was surrounded on the street. In the video circulating online, Yao Zhenhua was chased and intercepted by a group of people, and his glasses were "knocked off". He shouted, "This is illegal.". Later, someone retorted, "Two years of unpaid wages is not illegal?"
Afterwards, Baoneng Group issued a statement strongly condemning the violent attack on July 31. The group firmly fulfilled its corporate responsibility, and the vast majority of operating units were paying salaries normally. Some operating units with delayed salary payments are making every effort to resolve the issue and have never slackened.

Baoneng also stated that the group has solid assets and a solid foundation, and the industrial direction is highly matched with the national economic needs. Various businesses are accumulating strength and deepening, and operations continue to improve, making breakthroughs in resolving liquidity difficulties.
According to the annual report disclosed on June 20th this year by Zhongju High tech, a listed company previously controlled by Baoneng Group, as of the end of 2022, only Yao Zhenhua had personally been involved in 25 enforcement cases.
Yao Zhenhua once clashed with Wang Shi over the "Treasure and Ten Thousand Controversy". In 2015, Baoneng Group continuously increased its holdings in Vanke through its subsidiaries, becoming the largest shareholder of Vanke. Although it ultimately failed to control Vanke, this equity dispute also put Wang Shi in a difficult time.
Wang Shi has publicly stated that Vanke does not welcome Baoneng and called Yao Zhenhua a "barbarian". Yao Zhenhua's nickname "barbarian" came from here.
