There is a vivid case: In May last year, Kunming officially took over Mohan Town in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture. From then on, Kunming became the provincial capital city with "border lines and border ports". In May of this year, the Government Service Center of the Mohan Modin Economic Cooperation Zone in Laos, China learned that a company in Kunming intended to establish a new company in Mohan, but the staff were temporarily unable to go to Mohan to obtain certification. The Mohan Moding Economic Cooperation Zone Government Service Center is in contact with the Kunming Comprehensive Service Center of the Free Trade Zone to assist the enterprise in filling out information online. After acceptance and approval, the enterprise successfully obtained its business license in Kunming. The linkage of government services between the two regions has stimulated the potential for innovation and entrepreneurship, and vividly demonstrates that using reform methods to eliminate spatial barriers and intangible obstacles is necessary to establish a foothold in border characteristics and do a good job in cross-border writing.

For example, we will accelerate the promotion of multimodal transport, such as sea, road and rail, relying on the China Laos Railway and the new channel of the China Myanmar Indian Ocean, and continue to innovate in "connectivity". Secondly, system integration innovation focuses on integrating "Yunnan elements" into reforms and explorations such as investment, trade, cross-border capital flow, personnel entry and exit, free and convenient transportation, and orderly data security flow, forming a batch of replicable and promotable pioneering and integrated institutional innovation achievements.
